At Secret Arrietty, we strive to provide you with the best quality handcrafted items. Each item may have variations, which are to be expected in handcrafted products, but, in general, the item should be representative of what you ordered.
1. Shipping Damage:
If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping due to post office neglect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to either provide a refund or send you a replacement item, at our discretion. In such cases, we will request photographic evidence of the damage, please provide images of the package before it is opened to prove carrier neglect for insurance claims.
2. Order Accuracy:
We take great care to ensure that your order is accurately fulfilled. If, however, you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will make it right by sending you the correct item or issuing a refund, at our discretion.
3. No Returns for Customer Neglect:
We are unable to accept returns for items if the issue is a result of customer neglect or dissatisfaction with minor variations typical of handcrafted products. As mentioned, handmade items often have slight differences from one to the next, which add to their unique charm.
